Closing Costs and Cash to Close

Cash to close refers to the amount of money (either in the form of a cashier’s check, or a wire transfer) that needs to be brought into the closing. We make sure all of our borrowers understand their costs, down payment, and total amount needed the day of closing early on. This helps avoid stress and unknowns during the home buying process

From Start to Finish

There are a lot of people and moving parts that go into purchasing a new home. Usually, this process takes at least 30 days from start to finish. The basic timelines includes your loan application, contract, appraisal, title, full loan approve, closing and ownership! We closely monitor each step to make sure our borrowers are protected.
